Making Online Purchases

Polaris accepts all four major credit cards (Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®) for online purchases, as well as PayPal®. Currently, Polaris does not sell gift cards online.

Note that you must be logged in to your authorized Polaris Government & Defense account to make a purchase. To create an account, click ACCOUNT in the upper right corner of the website. Enter your government email address and password of your choice. Email with your account email address and include a tax-exempt certificate.

Online Shopping

1. To make an online purchase, navigate to the Polaris Government & Defense site. Click ACCESSORIES & PARTS.

2. You will be prompted to log in, if not already logged in. 

3. Once logged in, you can toggle between shopping for accessories and shopping for parts.

You can filter products that apply to your vehicle by using the fitment tool on the left side of the screen. 

If you wish to see parts/accessories that fit a specific vehicle, enter your vehicle brand, model year and model to filter shopping results. To see all parts/accessories, select SHOP ALL.

4. Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and check out. 

Online Order Fraud Protection
Polaris takes privacy and security seriously. We've put the highest security filters in place in order to protect our customers from fraud. We've partnered with Kibo, our secure third-party payment processor, to authorize the release of all customer funds. During this process, you may see error codes as you place an order.

If an error code appears and you are not given an order number after you've finished the transaction, the order was not successfully placed because our security filters may have flagged fraudulent activity. Common error codes are:

  • Error Code 12: Incorrect credit card information was entered and does not match what your credit card company has on file.
  • Error Code 125: The fraud filter has rejected the transaction.
  • "Authorization Failed: Please confirm that all verification information (card number, security code, billing address, name, etc.) is correct and matches the information that your credit provider has on file."
  • "Please confirm that all verification information (card number, security code, billing address, name, etc.) is correct and matches the information your credit provider has on file."

For errors that are caused by invalid information entered into the credit card fields, carefully review each field, make necessary corrections and try to process the order again. Incorrect zip codes, missing middle initials and incorrectly entered street abbreviations trigger the fraud filter as well. If you see continuous error messages with no confirmation that your order was placed successfully, please call 1-800-303-9002.
