How to Send Shocks for Service

Shock services are available for dealers and customers. Read below for information on how to send shocks to be serviced by FOX® Shocks or Walker Evans.

Note: Customers may follow this same process without working with a dealership.

FOX Shocks
Create a Service Request in the FOX® Shocks Service Portal and follow the on-screen instructions for services.

Contact FOX® for questions about parts and services.

Walker Evans Shocks
Send the shocks to the address below via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Lead times are 4-5 business days once the shocks are received.

Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number with the shocks.

Walker Evans will call the provided phone number with the shocks for payment information once the shocks are ready to be shipped back. 

Important: Do not send shock reducers/spacers with shocks. The sender is responsible for the cost of parts and shipping if spacers are shipped with the shocks. These have to be removed for service and Walker Evans is not responsible if spacers are not returned.
