Polaris provides governments and militaries with the capability to support and maintain vehicle fleets independently through maintenance and operator training courses. Polaris also offers on-site maintenance for fleets.

Training Courses

Courses designed with the customer in mind. Also available to customize, meeting unique customer needs.

Details:

A 1 day course that provides a basic overview of the Polaris vehicle, basic details on the proper and safe operation of the vehicle along with basic steps to perform operator level maintenance. It is recommended to take this class if new vehicles are obtained.

New Equipment Training (NET)
$

Details:

4 day course to train/certify personnel to properly service/maintain Polaris vehicles up to & including warranty repairs. Learn how to locate digital resources, troubleshoot w/ diagnostic software, disassemble/reassemble vehicles, assess components, perform 20 level repairs.

 

Max 10 participants.

Mechanic Certification
$$

Details:

A week long course at customer's location to provide scheduled service. Service includes all fluids, spark plugs, and filters. Vehicles must be accessible, clean and a hard, flat surface area must be provided. Other services may be provided at additional cost.

 

Up to 15 Polaris vehicles.

Fleet Maintenance
$$

Details:

4 day "Train the Trainer" course using customer assets. ROHVA Drive Coach Prep designed to teach evaluation/coaching/presentation techniques. Execute basic to advanced driving skills and how to teach operators. Conduct operational vehicle checks. ROHVA instructor certification.

Master Driver Training

Details:

4 day "Train the Trainer" course using customer assets. ROHVA Drive Coach Prep designed to teach evaluation/coaching/presentation techniques. Execute basic to advanced driving skills & how to teach operators. Conduct operational vehicle checks. ROHVA instructor certification.

OCONUS Master Driver Training

Details:


A 3 day course using the customer's on-site facilities/equipment. This is a beginner level course that covers basic driving skill, basic recovery techniques and PMCS of the Vehicle. Students will receive ROHVA operator certification upon successful completion.


Max 10 participants.

Drivers Safety Training (DSTC)
$

Details:

An operator's course to learn how to safely maintain mobility on a damaged vehicle. Students will learn about water intrusion & proper evacuation techniques and Fuel Bypass Procedure on vehicles with contaminated or wrong fuel type. This is a level 10 entry level course.


Max 10 participants. 

Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR)
$

Details:

A mechanic's course to learn how to efficiently tear down, identify components, diagnose issues and re-assemble complete engine, front drive, and gear case. This is a level 30 depot level repair course conducted at customer's site.

Prerequisite: MCC (level 20) Course.

Max 8 participants.
