Vehicle Damage Simulator (VDS)

Your response doesn’t stop when the road gets rocky or the path is too long. Our VDS (Vehicle Damage Simulator) testing simulates real world terrain conditions on the chassis and vehicle structure to meet durability targets, giving you the confidence to answer the call every time, knowing your vehicle will be there with you mile after mile.

Lateral Pitch Stability

Disaster can strike anywhere, often in areas too narrow, too steep, or too restrictive for larger response vehicles to access. Our vehicles are built to get you there. The lateral pitch and stability testing places vehicles in extreme angles to meet stability standards, so you can navigate uneven or steep terrain with confidence and get to the destination when it matters most.

Water Intrusion Test

Keeping your community safe isn’t a seasonal job. Operating in snow, rain, sleet and hail is part of the mission. We want to make sure it doesn’t stop you. Our water intrusion test recreates heavy rainfall conditions to test proper waterproofing of the vehicle and integrated equipment to keep you dry and everything working smoothly rain or shine.
