The following video demonstrates how to install the Ultimate Series Body Armor on your Polaris Sportsman. The video includes: installing bolts and checking orientation of the kit (0:30), removing fasteners from the rear rack (1:42) and installing the body armor (2:12).
The Ultimate Series Body Armor is part number 2882090 and fits Sportsman 850 and XP 1000 models. View the instructions for this kit by searching the Polaris Accessory Installation Instruction Site.
Note that the Ultimate Series Front Bumper (part number 2882020) is required for installation of the Ultimate Series Body Armor. Watch the installation video for the Ultimate Series Front Bumper for more information.
