2025 RZR Pro S/Pro R/Pro XP 32" Roof Light Bar and Mount Kit

Required Tools and Supplies

To install the roof light bar mount kit (part number 2884650), harness (part number 2889130), and 32" light bar (part number 2884648) on your RZR Pro S, follow these steps:

1. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface, ensure it is in PARK and remove the key. Note: RZR Pro S 4 Ultimate Model Shown.

2. If equipped, remove the front tweeter speakers by removing the two screws from the A-pillar cover using a T27 TORX® socket.

3. Remove the tweeter hooks from the A-pillar cover and disconnect the tweeter from the vehicle.

4. Set the tweeter speaker aside.

5. Move the A-pillar cover up to the ROPS tube.

6. Remove two screws from the center hood with a T40 TORX® socket to remove the center hood panel from the vehicle.

7. Open the center dash storage lid with a 4mm Allen socket to remove and retain the two screws.

8. Disconnect the USB port wiring and lift the center storage out of the dash.

9. Remove the dash by removing and keeping two screws from the dash panel with a T40 TORX® socket.

10. Remove and keep the screw from the dash side panel using a T40 TORX® socket. Repeat on the other side.

11. Open the glove compartment by lifting it upward and remove and keep four screws from the interior of the glove compartment using a T30 TORX® socket.

12. Remove the center control panel. Pull on the top and bottom edges to disengage the four mounting tabs.

13. Pull the dash panel out and up to remove from the vehicle.

14. To install the light bar harness, begin by putting light bar harness in the accessory mounting tray.

15. Install the fuse relay to the accessory mounting tray with one push-pin.

16. Remove the plug from Polaris Pulse bar and install the connector.

17. Install the harness along the firewall, towards the driver’s side, with three attached edge clips.

18. Remove a blank switch plate.

19. Put the switch connectors through the bottom of the accessory mounting tray and towards the dashboard switch opening.

20. Install the rocker switch to the switch connector.

21. Install the switch into the dashboard and press until it snaps into place.

22. Install the excess harness to the electrical chassis harness with attached cable tie.

23. To install the light bar mount, loosely install the left light bar mount to the light bar with one washer and nut, included with the light bar. Important: Do not route light bar harness through the light bar mount at this time.

24. Loosely install the right light bar mount to the light bar with one washer and nut, included with the light bar.

25. Remove the template page, located at the end of the written instructions.

26. Locate REFERENCE DIMENSIONS on the template page. Verify the REFERENCE DIMENSION is exact and the template was properly printed to scale. Important: If REFERENCE DIMENSION is not exact, reprint template page from electronic file. Adjust print setting to “Actual Size” to obtain 1:1 scale. Electronic file is available from your Authorized Polaris Dealer.

27. Attach the LH and RH template included in the kit instructions to the bottom of the left and right light bar mount using double sided tape.

28. Remove the roof accessory per instructions included with the accessory roof kit.

29. Put the light bar assembly on the roof, make sure it is centered and measures 5-1/2” (140 mm) from the front edge. Note: This step can be performed with roof on or off. Example shown with the roof off.

30. Remove the templates from the bottom of the light bar mounts and attach to the roof using tape.

31. Mark drill locations on the roof according to the templates.

32. Drill holes in the previously marked holes in the roof according to the listed measurements: Measurement A: 3/8 in (9 mm) and Measurement B: 1/2 in (13 mm).

33. Remove the nut and washer from the left light bar mount.

34. Route the wiring harness through the left light bar mount and out the bottom.

35. Route the harness through the grommet.

36. Install the rubber grommet into the bottom of the light bar mount.

37. Loosely install the left light bar mount to the light bar using one nut and one washer.

38. Install the light bar assembly to the roof using four screws and four washers and a T40 TORX® socket. The light bar harness will route through the larger of the previously drilled holes on the left side of the roof. Torque screws to 16 ft-lbs (22 Nm).

39. Install the accessory roof to the vehicle per instructions provided with the accessory roof kit.

40. Using fish tape, route the light bar harness through the opening in the ROPS tube on the upper left side of the vehicle.

41. Route the light bar harness down the ROPS tube towards the front of the vehicle.

42. Route the light bar harness through the opening at the base of the A-pillar.

43. Connect the light bar harness to the light bar harness kit connectors in the dash area.

44. Install the grommet at the opening in the ROPS tube on the upper left side of the vehicle.

45. Turn vehicle on and verify the light bar operates properly. Push the switch to turn the light bar on/off.

46. Adjust the aim of the light bar to the desired location and use an 11mm socket to torque nuts to 16 ft-lbs (22 Nm).

47. To reinstall the dash, place the dash to the vehicle frame by pushing forward and down to engage the tabs on the underside of the panel.

48. Align the mounting tabs at the top and bottom of the center audio panel and push the panel into place.

49. Loosely install the four kept screws to the inside of the glove compartment. Torque to 31 in-lbs (3.5 Nm). Then close the glove compartment.

50. Loosely install the kept screw to the inner dash. Repeat on the other side.

51. Loosely install the two kept screws in the top of the dash panel. Torque all screws to 31 in-lbs (3.5 Nm).

52. Put the USB cord through the grommet and install the dash compartment by pushing down and forward.

53. Install two screws to the center dash compartment and torque to 31 in-lbs (3.5 Nm).

54. Close the storage bin.

55. If equipped with tweeter speakers, connect the tweeter to the vehicle audio harness through the dash hole.

56. Move the A-pillar cover down the ROPS tube.

57. Install the tweeter hooks into the A-pillar cover holes.

58. Install the A-pillar cover to the vehicle with two screws.

59. Install two screws to the center hood panel and torque to 31 in-lbs (3.5 Nm).
